Where do I park?
Please view the parking map HERE. The nearest parking lots are A, F, V, and V-1, followed by R1 to R3.
Are pets allowed at the show?
Dogs are allowed on campus grounds but must be leashed (6 feet max), under control, and not left unattended. Owners must clean up after them. Not allowed inside campus buildings, dining areas, academic spaces, athletic facilities, classrooms, labs, or libraries.
Service, Assistance, Emotional Support, & Therapy Animals: Permitted as a reasonable accommodation with prior approval from UM Housing. Service animals may be off-leash when performing their job.
Will there be food and drinks for purchase?
Yes, local food trucks will offer a variety of food and drink options on The Oval.
Is the campus accessible?
Yes, UM is fully accessible. For information on entrances, elevators, restrooms, parking, and more, click HERE.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the University of Montana is a smoke-free campus.
The Montana Board of Regency Policy 1006 prohibits carrying firearms on or at any campus of the Montana University System.

What's included in a Day Pass?
Access to the Show Open, featuring seminars, panels, demonstrations, exhibitors, a kids' area, and morning workouts, plus Evening on the Oval, the Wild Game Cook-Off (Sunday only), and the Public Lands, Waters, & Wildlife Rally. Attendees will also receive a show lanyard and pass.
What is included in a Weekend Pass?
Everything included in a Day Pass for both Saturday and Sunday, one Brewfest ticket with a commemorative cup and two drink tickets, and one ticket to the Public Lands & Waters Celebration. PLUS Weekend Pass holders are entered to win one of the following: a Weatherby Model 307™ Range™ XP 2.0, Weatherby Element® II Tungsten, Dometic CFX5 45 Electric Cooler, or a $500 First Lite gift card.
What is included in a Family Weekend Pass?
Everything included in a Day Pass for both Saturday and Sunday, two Brewfest tickets with two commemorative cups and four drink tickets (non-drinks and attendees under 21 are free, must be 21 years or older to drink), and Public Lands & Waters Celebration tickets for the whole family (2 adults and up to 3 children under 17). PLUS Weekend Pass holders are entered to win one of the following: a Weatherby Model 307™ Range™ XP 2.0, Weatherby Element® II Tungsten, Dometic CFX5 45 Electric Cooler, or a $500 First Lite gift card.
What do I need to buy an additional ticket for?
- The Field to Table Dinner is a separate ticketed event. Purchase tickets HERE >
- Day Pass attendees must purchase a separate ticket to attend the Public Lands & Waters Celebration and Backcountry Brewfest.
